Project pricing depends on the specific details of the job, including the number of coats required, whether the walls need priming, and if you want ceilings, baseboards, trim, or doors included. We also fill and sand small cracks and holes as part of our standard preparation.
As a general guideline, a standard 10 × 12 bedroom with two coats of paint on the walls, including trim, baseboards, and a window frame (paint included), starts at approximately $550.
Our painters set up tools and materials in a safe, organized area on site. We take the time to prepare the space properly by covering furniture, protecting all floors with drop sheets, and removing electrical plates.
Once prep is complete, we apply the required coats of paint with careful attention to detail. After finishing, we remove all coverings, vacuum any dust, and wash the floors to check for and remove any paint drips, leaving your space clean and ready to use.
We offer a 30-day guarantee on our work. Once we complete the job, we walk through the space with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Our 30-day guarantee covers issues such as peeling or bubbling paint. If you notice anything like this, we will return to repair and repaint the affected area. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear on walls.
We typically use Benjamin Moore paint for residential painting projects, and we adjust the product based on your needs and the space.
The quality and finish depend on your selection. For example, the BEN line works well for areas like bedrooms, but it does not offer a scrubbable finish. Regal Select works well in high-traffic areas, such as hallways and kitchens, because it provides a durable, scrub-resistant surface. Aura contains a higher level of primer, allowing us to cover slightly darker walls more effectively without needing separate priming in many cases.
We stay well-versed in the full paint collection and review all available options with you to make sure you feel confident and comfortable with your choice.
The number of painters on site depends on the job’s size and scope. For a small bedroom, one painter typically completes the work. For a full residential repaint, a team of about 4 painters usually handles the project to ensure efficient, timely completion.
We do not move furniture as part of our standard painting service, and we ask clients to clear the space before we begin. If you cannot move the furniture yourself, we can move it for you at an additional cost before we start painting.
We confirm all details with you before the job starts so that when we arrive, we can begin setting up and covering the space right away. All furniture must be placed away from the walls or in the middle of the room so our painters can safely and efficiently access all wall surfaces.
Once you approve the estimate and selected services, we’ll send you an invoice and painting contract. To secure your booking, simply sign the contract and return it along with a 30% deposit, as outlined in the invoice, via e-transfer. Once we receive both the signed contract and deposit, you’ll get a confirmation email with your receipt and all the details of your project. When the job is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. At that point, the remaining balance will be due.
